St David’s Day dinner at the Mortonhall Golf Club
Members enjoying themselves
31 members enjoyed our Cinio Gwyl Dewi at the Mortonhall Golf Clubhouse. Our guest speaker, Dr Colin Mumford was a delight, regaling us with his “Skirmishes with the Welsh”. Thanks to Helen Campbell who said Grace, Jean Phillips who produced an elegant arrangement of daffodils for the table, Wyn Davies who gave the vote of thanks, and Jim Hughes who led the community singing.
